Building an alliance

Building an alliance

For somebody who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, having an alliance of people supporting them and working with them is crucial.

This alliance should involve the person living with schizophrenia working together with their family and their doctor or nurse to effectively manage their condition and its treatment.

The below diagram shows how everyone can work together to make sure that the person living with schizophrenia gets the best possible care, and where responsibilities lie for this overlap.
